Splendid antique Pangalapang dance necklace (Philippines)

Antique necklace of the beginning of the 20th century made of eight shells, mother of pearl, and vegetal fibres. The Ifugao culture is the perfect example for no gender jewels. This pangalapang necklace worn by notable men or women was used to celebrate dancing rituals.
